Welcome to the future. Part Yacht, part submarine, the Tribolis designed by Italian architect Giancarlo Zema is a 20 mt long semisubmerged floating home which can accomodate 6 people. Built for use in atolls, sea parks and sheltered bays, ideally rich in undersea life, the superstructure is constructed from fibreglass-reinforced plastic and the undersea globe is high-strength polycarbonate. The first Tribolis will be unveiled at the end of this year. Check out the other futuristic designs.
